Pieff was the must have name in high-end British furniture during the 1970’s. Pieff designs had a touch of Hollywood regency and were made using what they saw as the most glamorous materials available.
The trademark offering was furniture crafted from mirrored chrome, Brazilian Rosewood, high quality leather and Pirelli webbing. With a reputation for excellence and seen as fairly exclusive, Pieff Furniture was sold through Harrods, Heals and other high-end furniture stores.
This handsome arm chair and sofa set is sure to add a touch of Mid-Century sophistication to any home, simple yet extremely stylish. Constructed from chrome and leather, this minimal style with low seat is a timeless design and just as fashionable today as the day it was first sold. In general good condition for their age, both the leather and the chrome are nice and clean, but as with most old leather, most pads feature general wear and tear, including some cracking.
The cotton fabric to both the back and underneath of the seat pads and frame was heavily faded and worn so we have had this replaced and as a result is looking nice and fresh once more.
