What is not to love about this snap shop of British life in the early '60s? A wicker sewing basket, its contents escaping, on a teal velvet, table cloth. Some wonderful fabric stage right in mustard, burnt orange and moss green. Chunky knitting needles are scattered about, a tiny pair of sewing scissors partly opened. Two Silko bobbins of blue thread huddle on a china plate decorated with a blue bicycle. Tightly painted with great attention to detail.
Newly framed, ready to hang.
