Your item(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual vintage dealer(s) that sourced them originally, therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
For small to medium parcels please allow 3 working days for delivery.
Larger, heavier or more fragile items may take up to 10 working days and some may incur an additional postage / courier cost. You have 14 days from receipt of your item to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to the vintage dealer for a refund.
A returns slip will be included in each parcel. If you cannot find your slip, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns information.
All items purchased via Pedlars Vintage Marketplace are shipped directly from the warehouses and stockrooms of our trusted dealers. Therefore all returns must be paid for by the customer.
We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost or damaged in the post.
We offer free returns on all Pedlars-own items.
